Please could we have scripty way to run OWL to OBO conversion as currently 
works for OBO to OWL?

David - try the --owl2obo flag for obo2owl.

I just added obolib-owl2obo (which is basically a wrapper for the above)

note: don't do an svn update just yet, there is a problem with commit r46
