obof allows

is_a: GO:nnnnnn {is_inferred="true", source="Elk"} ! blah

(the new Oort has an option to produce this)

this will trip up naive parsers.

stripping trailing qualifiers should be performed when converting to obo-basic

(Oort already does this)
