In the current grammar, the created_by clause is followed by a Person-ID, which is implicitly defined as an ID. However, some ontologies (e.g ZFA, GO, BSPO, UBERON) use plain names (John Smith) as a value, which is an invalid person ID.
Is this semantically useful not to have created_by values simply defined as an UnquotedString ?
