ISSUE-1064 Bump rdf4j.version from 3.7.4 to 4.0.1 #1065

Hi Folks, this my a PR to address #1064 I am running OpenJDK 11.0.15 hence the tangential additions to this PR. I was unable to get the project to build otherwise.

Maven home: /usr/local/Cellar/maven/3.8.4/libexec

I understand that byte code compliance and general max Java version was pinned at 1.8 however I started using 11 several years ago. I hope that this PR can act as the basis for possibly updating the owlapi project to at atleast JDK11...?

Version 6 is targeting Java 17. I'm not sure about changing the required Java version for version 5, I'll try to find out what people are running it on.

Hi @ignazio1977 thanks for the response. I was unaware that version6 was under development... nice work 👍 Also, yes I agree with targeting JDK17 for that release. Are you planning on releasing the version5 development branch much more or is most development going into version6? I can probably pretty easily adapt this PR for version6 if you intend to make a release. Thanks for your consideration.

Bumped to 4.2.0 on version 5, next release to be 5.5.0
