this is the example from

https://github.com/luigidr/owlapi-example

but the package that repo use is old one.

i change version to latest one but failed.

The deprecation is just a warning, there is an entities() method that returns a sream with the same results.

What is the actual failure?

are there any updated(owlapi 5.x) tutorials or examples?

Tutorials and examples are in the contract module, so they're available for version 4 and 5 in the same place on the different branches. Check out the version5 branch.
