Update doc link generation

Some docs written are expecting links in these other formats. We'll add a few rules:

• [ ] {IERC721-approve}
  • Rule: Use same match but if string.includes('-'), string.replace('-', '#') for link and string.replace('-','.') + '(...)' for displayName.
• [ ] {deposit}
  • Rule: If first letter is is lower AND does not include . or -, link locally to anchor on page.
