Library to convert from bytes into Solidity.

Supported conversions:

[x] bytes : uint64 (MajorType: 0)
[x] bytes : int64 (MajorType: 1)
[x] bytes : string (MajorType: 2) (this may or may not be possible)
[x] bytes : string (MajorType: 3)
[x] bytes: uint256 (MajorType: 6 - specifically BigNum)
[x] bytes: true/false (MajorType: 7)
