Description

Update IPFS support to enable writing data to IPFS.

Use CIDv1 where possible
Integrate the multiformats and ipfs-client-http libraries without breaking the storybook build due to isomorphism issues.
Add relevant redux actions and tests.
Integrate demo components that show browser build works, and demo read/write capabilities.
