removal of placeholdit images to replace with Chakra's Skeleton compo.
adding a chakra custom theme variant to the system which would be applied on two components we use often: Button & Input - the variant name is 'form' (Usage ex: <Button variant={'form'} ... />) and the style applied would be matching the design of the form buttons and inputs (see screenshot). so from now on no need to custom style each component..
