Goal

1. User enter a url: https://owlstand.gallery
2. A Single page app shows up
   1. if user has OWD allow them to view rooms by a paginator.
   2. if user has no OWD, allow them to view the first room, and ask them to get some.

Engineering estimation is around 14 working days(3 calendar weeks) to bring the targeted goals visible. Considering I can't full time for this project, it is safer to double it(6 calendar weeks) as estimated schedule.
