Allow Mekanism items in nuclear reactor #102

It would be great if we could use enriched redstone and enriched carbon from the Mekanism mod in the nuclear reactor, in place of plain coal and redstone.

Perhaps, for cross-mod compatibility, have it accept uranium (ingotUranium) and plutonium (ingotPlutonium)?

if they could add a tag to register all thing in the config file that are labeled carbon or redstone based like I have seen other mods add a value to items like wood to have carbon value
