Ender Cell Private Channel [Suggestion] #197

Version: (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

Minecraft: 1.16.5
Forge: 36.2.0
Powah: 2.3.16

It seems that every player on a multiplayer server can see and use the same Ender Cell channels. An option to create private channels or to make the existing ones private would be great so people do no steal your power.

I have the opposite problem on Enigmatica 6. Ender gates placed by the other players don't seem to be able to access the public power network I built. :(
