To get uraninite from Energizing Orb you have to break uraninite ore with silk touch, but it disappears when you do it.

Pretty sure you two got the wrong repo . This one never got past 1.16.5 Forge . This is possibly what you need https://github.com/Technici4n/Powah/issues
