Powah corrupts Chunks #230

Version: (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

Minecraft: 1.20.1
Forge: 47.1.3
Powah: 5.0.4

Issue description:

Powah Block Corrupts Chunks they are build in. Had a Energizing Orb, 3 Energizing Rod, 1 Thermoelectric Generator and some Cable in there.

Steps to reproduce:

Build Powah Blocks inside the Chunk and restart the Server. After restart the Server crashes if you try to join.

Is this a crash?, please includ it here: (Recommended to use Gist)

Minecraft Chosen Modded Adventure Server Crashes if somebody comes near the render Distance to the corrupted chunk.
