Solar Panels not blocking rain or mob pathing

Version: (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

• Minecraft: 1.20.1
• Forge: 47.2.19
• Powah: 5.0.4 (this is what's listed in the modlist, I don't see that version number on the powah page though, so not sure if it's the latest.)

Issue description:

Solar panels do not block rain, and flying mobs like bees try to path through them if they get underneath

Steps to reproduce:

Put solar panels as a roof with cables under and wait for it to rain. The rain does not stop at the panels or cables. Trap a bee underneath with another exit open, it will still try to path up through the panels.

No. It's only a minor cosmetic/irritating issue.

The reason you don't see "that" version , is that this build never got past 1.16.5 Forge . https://github.com/Technici4n/Powah/issues is what you want
