Looking at the missing nouns in the OWN-PT from UD-Bosque many are like 21h30, (4th in the list with 9 occurrences) that is times that were not marked as times but as nouns. I tried to discuss the issue in the UD documentation, but haven't had much success, yet.
in any case they are not nouns missing from the lexicon, so I will remove them from the list some time soon.
