Backup strategy #60

We need to implement a backup strategy for disaster recovery and error recovery.

For disaster recovery we need first to implement a file dump of the contents of the relevant databases and establish a regular job.

For error recovery we are using cloudant replication and creating _bkp versions of the production databases. We need to come up with a strategy to possibly automate this.

external backup is running daily on logics.emap
