preliminar code converting to ukb input format #20

In 77eb6ddf4abe8f3e5e918ddabecea1bcb8d5730d I implemented the first version but I already found two bugs:

  1. forgot to add the synonym link between senses of the same synset.
  2. adjs.all collapse with adj.all. I need to revise the concept-id generation.
