10 years ago @jancborchardt We should also move the navigation out of the image area when in slideshow. Currently, the navigation arrows might be invisible for light colored images.
Something like:
Almost every cloud storage providers provide a way to choose which image to display during a slideshow run. Unfortunately, this is not possible with slideshow in the Gallery app. Again it's related to UX, IMO. IIRC, we had this ability couple of OC versions back in time. Can you please reintroduce it?
Ref: https://github.com/owncloud/apps/issues/1521, perhaps after narrowing down the image display space to have some space at the bottom for the display of the thumbnails in the current image folder/gallery would really rock.
Example: say i have ~ 100 images from my last vacation and i would like to share the gallery or just show off to my friends. After clicking one image, i would either have to click through the arrows to get to the 50th image or quit the image display and choose the 50th which is an inconvenient way to do it.
