Upload/New File controls should be removed when browsing inside Archive file

two issues here:

• the buttons overlay the filename listing
• adding content in the zip corrupts the file (result: zero byte file)

hi, i rechecked with current git

• New button works (also fetching from a url)
• upload does not: it shows max upload size 0byte
• renaming, sharing of zip contents and versions do not work so the icons should not be shown (or fixed ;)
• deleting a content seems to be broken:
