Form creator for surveys #990

I would like to see a feature to create a form with which we could poll the implementation of new features for our users and let users define which days they are available for work or other activities. The result would be exported to a spreadsheet or plaintekst. There would also need to be a setting to return the form as a total per choice or the answer of every user separate.

any updates on this? @VicDeo event-schedule poll is great (and works in both nextcloud and owncloud), but generating forms and collecting data in a spreadsheet is a separate thing..

oh and https://github.com/sandforms/sandforms seems to be exactly what I would like to see.. not sure how easy it is to port?!
