added new security advisories and text files for customer.owncloud.com

who can review this? I can't say that it's fine for 131 files. I can merge it into master though, so you can look if it's fine on staging.owncloud.org. until we push it live, maybe we need more eyes on it. shall I merge it to master? @Peter-Prochaska
