Move Linux desktop client repos from openSUSE to ownCloud infrastructure.

When OBS is back up, will people still get updates?

@guruz I guess the best approach is to have duplicate the downloads for a while. We cannot discontinue the openSUSE mirrors easily without breaking online updates. There is no way to leave proper redirects behind as the repo files and texts there are beyond our control.

Currently, I've only done a setup for released versions. Testing and Nightly are not yet available at our downloads.

suse installs /etc/apt/sources.list.d/owncloud-client.list we install /etc/apt/sources.list.d/owncloud.list that needs to be aligned first.

Different solution:

We won't say good-bye, we maintain both downloads in parallel.
Implementation in jenkins already 75% done. POC works very nice. Closing here without merging...
