Plugin communication seems to be broken: Shorty-Tracking fails to open the list of clicks #116

When using the additional Shorty-Tracking plugin there is an issue with the plugin communication: The list of clicks cannot be opened. Therefore the plugin is mostly useless.

Fixed by adding a propper routes definition as required from OC8 onwards and working around an issue with internal window objects.
