Cannot add. Windows instructions are not the supported way to get started, currently. I guess we should make it two sections:

a) Linux: (based on my current instructions) scaffolding to create Vagrantfile and create vmdk image.

b) Windows: (based on your proposal here) Use the Vagrantfile and keep running.

@Kawohl do you want to try a manual merge for the README.md? You have done both successfully....
