Corrected german spelling Removed input fields for WebDAV and CalDAV URL since they are always the same based on the host url.
The account creation should be kept simple for "normal" users.
The Host field contains the URL to OC on which the relative paths to webdav and caldav are based and thus don't need to be entered by the user.
