use python shipped with Squish #65

Currently, we are building the specific python version and using it for Squish tests. Squish comes with python3 which we can utilize.

Open tasks:

[ ] remove python build commands https://github.com/owncloud-ci/squish/blob/16cad0f054419caf80c5e5916e525bd0f8b104cc/fedora/Dockerfile.amd64#L89-L96
[ ] make squish python available globally

Notice: In the build stage, we still need to install python so that command should not be touched
