Why is most of the stuff removed from ci-values.yml?

Can be ignored. Clarified via Chat already. ci-values.yaml overwrites values.yaml

Now ci-values.yaml overwrites only the relevant values, instead of overriding the entire default values.yaml by using helm --values instead of helm -f
