[QA] Refactor `mailhog` with ` Inbucket` image in `drone.star` file

Description

A PR that replaces mailhog email service with inbucket https://github.com/owncloud/core/pull/40442 has been proposed. There are different OwnCloud Apps that uses mailhog image. These can be replaced with inbucket image like done in this file

currently, ransomware_protection apps are failing in cli tests. So, these app changes will be blocked for now. closing this issue for now
