[BUG] Some bugs in log files downloads

We found some bugs related to https://github.com/owncloud/android/issues/4155 that need to be solved:

[x] The title of the log files is not correctly formed now when it already exists and we need to add a suffix (1), (2), etc. The name right now is owncloud.YYYY-MM-DD.log (1).log and should be owncloud.YYYY-MM-DD (1).log
[x] Some devices do need the storage access permission in the app to be able to download these files. Otherwise, the button is not working and doesn't show any feedback to the user either. Tested with Samsung Galaxy S9, Android 9.
[x] In some devices, when you click the "Go to downloads" button in the dialog, you get to a folder called "Downloads" but not the same folder where the log files are actually downloaded, which is also called "Downloads". Tested with Samsung Galaxy S9, Android 9.

My guess is the last 2 issues could be fixed if the log files were downloaded to the correct "Downloads" folder, since we shouldn't need any permissions to download files there. So that the correct folder must be the one which you get to by pressing "Go to downloads" in the dialog.
