• Please use markdown format, as all the documentation items in the repo.
• doc folder is for other targets, create any file in the root as a file called, for example EASY SERVER SETUP.md

i did not review the content of the file yet, will take a look as well. I guess you are explaining how to create a server with docker? we could discuss if this repo is the best place for such information.
