[BUG] Top bar inactive #4246

Actual behaviour

The top bar in app is inactive. Doesn't response for touch. Setup and other functions are inactive. System MUI1209

Expected behaviour

-Tell us what should happen

Steps to reproduce

Can this problem be reproduced with the official owncloud server? (url: https://demo.owncloud.org, user: test, password: test)

Hi @Runway09! What do you mean with the top bar not responding? Could you record an example and post it here? Also, would be good to know which ownCloud version you are using (you can check it in the main settings screen)
