Pull to refresh instead of context-menu-entry #427

As a user i'd like to have the ability to pull from bottom to down in the app to refresh the current folder (or account?).

This behaviour is known from "eBay Kleinanzeigen"-App and the Android 4.4 E-Mail-Client. screenshot

Good point, but it’s a duplicate of https://github.com/owncloud/android/issues/49 :) Let’s continue there.
