[a11y] "New folder" option in folder picker with incorrect dictation #4473

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable Talkback
  2. Open app, select any item and Copy
  3. In folder picker select any target
  4. In the top right side, tap on the "new folder" option

Actual behaviour

Talkback: Type of view . It uses the dictation from the grid/list button, placed in the same place in the list of files

Expected behaviour

Talkback: Create new folder (or similar)
