acceptance tests are not running in nightly drone CI

Only the code analysis and unit tests ran.

But webUI and API tests ran in the nightly last week: https://drone.owncloud.com/owncloud/brute_force_protection/1256

So we accidentally changed something in a recent drone change.

We want:

• PRs - run all tests
• merge of a PR - do not bother running the webUI or API acceptance tests, but do run the code analysis, unit tests and SonarCloud analysis
• nightly - run all tests (and for some repos we run extra test suites from core...) - we want this because each day there are changes to core, and we want to know if some change in core breaks behaviour in an oC10 app
