Remove unnecessary scroll bars #335

Web interface is showing unnecessary scroll bars.

  1. is obviously not needed
  2. the outer bar is meant here, also not needed
  3. Not there when no events are displayed.

Same applies for month and day view.

  1. is already fixed not sure about 2 and 3.

  1. is legitimate, 2. and 3. are already fixed as far as i know.

The problem about this it that only happens with Firefox on Windows ... Firefox on Linux or Mac doesn't show these stupid scrollbar placeholders ...

Interesting, I didn't know that. 2 and 3 from the first screenshot are not placeholder they're a tiny bit scroll-able. 2 and 3 from the second screenshot are indeed disabled scroll bars.
