Steps to reproduce

  1. Run the client owncloud
  2. Check the list of files normally takes place

12193 - It did not help

Field study of the problem, it was revealed that an error occurs when more than 60-70 files folder.

There are several issues:

  1. The number of folder levels (folder1 / folder2 / folder3 / etc ..)
  2. What Forbidden characters used in the file names

Are you using external storage ? Somehow you seem to have missed the question in the issue template but I see that you have the app enabled. If yes, does it happen only when listing the external storage's folder content ?

Connection closed is likely a timeout issue where the server did not respond quickly enough, which could happen with slow external storages or slow network connections.

No I do not use external storage devices.

I have 1 server and 2 HDD driver. The first HDD is installed owncloud. The second HDD contains files for synchronization (user files). Internet connection 1GB. Connection is via LAN.

@guruz Hello.

None of the above did not help. The problem I had, and the weak server.

Old server:

Processor: 2x2.1GB Memory: 2048MB HDD: 1TB - low speed

The processor is always loaded to 100%.

The new server

Processor: 4x2.2GB Memory: 4096MB HDD: 2TB - the standard speed Now processor loaded on 10%.

Problem solved.

Is this still happening with 8.2.2 ? Some performance improvements have been put in.
