Dirs and files named in traditional Chinese error if owncloud server install at windows xp #7080

Dirs and files named in traditional Chinese will make the owncloud server at windows xp error. (Windows XP comepiles T.C. with UTF-16, owncloud server compiles T.C. with UTF-8)

Closing this due to lack of info. Also I'm not sure it's a good idea to run ownCloud on Windows XP anyway.
