Windows: Document behaviour of VFS off #532

As we consider VFS to be the default on Windows we assign the support of a non VFS setup a lower priority. In 5.0 we removed the legacy hack that added ownCloud to the explorer sidebar if VFS was set to off. https://github.com/owncloud/client/pull/10910

We need to document that VFS off provides a worse experience for the user.
