Precise Win 10 min version in system requirements #560

We learned, windows 10 > Version 1607 is required:

Released: August, 2016 EOL: April 2018 (see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_10_version_history)

Can be back ported to all 5.x docs.
