Update WND Kerberos LDAP #1222

This is an update for the WND documentation with regards to Kerberos-LDAP (usermapping).

@d7oc There was an intense chat with @jvillafanez resulting in a bigger rewrite of the PR. Pls have a look if you have time so we can finalize next year.

I think the configuration parameters for the EALdapAttr type are missing.

You mean for the collab mode? If yes what is the default right now?

https://github.com/owncloud/core/blob/master/config/config.apps.sample.php#L730-L736 shows that the mapping has parameters. They're explained in the comment above those.
