Please test this curiosity : create a file "2009-10-09 23-09-20 0002.jpg" in a subfolder, then move this in / (root) .. error 423 ...

Uhm... could be a problem related with the server.. an HTTP423 code is: 423 Locked (WebDAV; RFC 4918) The resource that is being accessed is locked.[17]

fine thanks ... mm no only this file ... yes 423 Locked ... maybe my database owncloud is dirty.... ufff
