getRemoteThumbnailByServer #124

@javiergonzper the getRemoteThumbnailByServer it'is ok but the operationQueue of OCCommunicationLib with the setMaxConcurrentOperationCount:1 it's very slow ... I hope in the future ...

P.S. And 'possible to use the library with (getRemoteThumbnailByServer in developer status) in my new version?

@marinotws it is available but you need to have the ffmpeg plugin installed on your server. Check this link: https://github.com/owncloud/android/pull/1035
