Scrolling problem #15

Steps:

Compose a new note that is quote long Attempt to scroll very quickly back to the top of the note The app does some sort of refresh, and then I find myself at the bottom of the note again The only way to overcome this is to scroll a little bit, stop and let the app do it's behind the scenes update, then continue to scroll some more.

I forgot to mention what version of the app I saw this in. It was version 1.3
