Apply new login design #322

ownCloud 10.8 introduced a new login design that does not align 100% with the login page of the oauth2 app.

Same issue as described in https://github.com/owncloud/twofactor_totp/pull/249#issuecomment-990955371 -> needs a decision.

We decided to keep the width in the warning boxes. It becomes hard to read when these boxes include more text, which they sometimes do.
