fixing ci failure on ocis version #271

Ocis master was falling because the function getOcisVersion gave version as '0.0.0'. See drone response: https://drone.owncloud.com/owncloud/ocis-php-sdk/1860/4/10 See ocis binary response: https://drone.owncloud.com/owncloud/ocis-php-sdk/1865/4/7

Maybe it's because there was something wrong with the cache because I build ocis locally with same commit id and product version was not 0.0.0. This PR changes the commit id of master and cleans few drone unnecessary steps.
