[tests-only][full-ci]remove old dav path for public share

Description

This PR remove old dav path version in the test code related to file sharing via public link as that endpoint doesn't exist in the ocis. This PR also remove all redundant variable in the function and remove other unused step definition. The feature file is also refactored so that the text using the public WebDAV API become coherent in all feature file. Reva bump :https://github.com/cs3org/reva/pull/4958
