Proxy: oidc-auth middleware should use auth-bearer service to get reva token #4701

This is a followup ticket to #4692.

Instead of implementing all the oidc authentication related bits inside the proxy's oidc-auth middleware. I think we shoud make that middleware just use reva's auth-bearer service. That may we would get away from (miss)-using the machine-auth service for minting reva tokes.
