`golangci-lint` pipelines fail intermittently #6042

In PR https://github.com/owncloud/ocis/pull/6041, tried different retreis:

  1. :x: Retrying make -C <module> ci-golangci-lint (https://drone.owncloud.com/owncloud/ocis/21285/4/6)
  2. :x: Retrying building the module golangci-lint-v1.51.2 (https://drone.owncloud.com/owncloud/ocis/21287/5/6)
  3. :x: Retrying after cleaning the /go/* (https://drone.owncloud.com/owncloud/ocis/21288/14/6)

There is an issue with the go proxies @ google atm, we can't resolve that for now

Fixed by https://github.com/owncloud/ocis/pull/6056
