Switching to latest stable version of ocis leads to data loss

I honestly don't know if this is a real case. but if user switch back between 3.1.0-beta.1 and 3.0.0 -> he/she lost all data

Steps:

up ocis 3.1.0-beta.1 with wopi using https://github.com/owncloud/ocis/blob/master/deployments/examples/ocis_traefik/docker-compose.yml
upload some data to personal space and project space
switch ocis to latest stable version 3.0.0 using env OCIS_DECOMPOSEDFS_METADATA_BACKEND: messagepack

Actually: lost data. no access to personal space Expected: all data are exist

That is correct. Downgrading is not possible.

Small addition: the data is not really "lost". It is just not available anymore because we have no space index.
